mplayer, take snapshots on video

You probably facing difficulties to take snapshot on video. This reason is because you are playing video directly to the video card memory. Therefore when you take picture on your screen by pressing print screen, you will get a blue box instead of the picture of video.
Any solution? Yes it is.
By default, mplayer will try to play it on video memory, which it uses xv video output in my case. We can play video with specified video output driver. To check the list of video output that supports by mplayer, do this:
mplayer -vo help
Ok, in my case x11 works! You may want to try other alternatives. To play video using x11 video output, simply specified like this:
mplayer -vo x11 heroes_s01e12.flv
I represent you, four videos playing by mplayer at the same time!
